Willard’s lone win was at third singles, as Natalie Van Zoest topped Lauren Metcalf (6-1, 7-5).
At first doubles, Gabby Horowitz and Alexa Moore outlasted Whitney Robinson and Kennedy Daub in three sets (6-1, 2-6, 6-2). Second doubles saw Mara Bleile and Erin Bleile defeat Becca Slone and Kalli Sowers (6-2, 6-1).

At first doubles, Kaylee Ries and Torri Keyser beat Madison Ball and Alana Kennedy (6-3, 6-0). The second doubles team of Emily Moore and Lindsey Kowalski defeated Ella Seibert and Morgan Roth (6-0, 6-1).

BELLEVUE — The Lady Red fell in a tight match to SBC Lake Division rival Clyde on Wednesday at home.
Winning for Bellevue were the first two singles positions, as Rayven Whyde (6-4, 7-6 (6) defeated Emma Strudthoff and Summer Strunk topped Klara Miller (2-6, 6-2, 6-3).
At third singles, Kaitlyn Cullen fell to Nathalie Cziesla (6-0, 6-2). The first doubles team of Leighann Motley and Sage Garcia fell to Megan Barrett and Alyssa Laurer (6-2, 6-1). At second doubles, it was Clyde’s Hali Hagemeyer and Avery Fritz defeating Perla Monreal and Ella Little (4-6, 6-2, 6-4).

NEW LONDON — The Wildcats ran their record to 9-0 overall and 6-0 in the Firelands Conference at Millstone Hills.
Sean Armold shot a 40 to finish as medalist, while Carter Eibel added a 44. Also for New London, Kotiana Barber had a 51, followed by Marcus Mayhorn (52), Dax Amburgy (53) and Sean Andolsek (58).

OXFORD TWP. — The host Panthers defeated the visiting Crimson Flashes on Wednesday at Woussickett Golf Course.
Willard was led by Tatum Combs (72) and followed by Allison Beebe (65), Lauryn Stover (74) and Brooklyn Rohrbach (84).

WILLARD — The Crimson Flashes improved to 4-1 (1-0) with Wednesday’s SBC Bay Division win over the visiting Redskins.
Willard won by scores of 25-8, 25-15, 25-8 as Alyse Cok was 16 for 17 serving with five aces and 12 kills.
Cassie Crawford had 11 kills for Willard, while Mckenna Stephens had 10 and Chloe Weaver added 30 asissts.
Also for the Flashes, Maraya Polachek was 9 for 10 serving with three aces and seven digs, while Lauren Chaffins was 15 for 16 serving with an ace. Haylie Hamons had 11 digs, with Crawford adding 10 and Weaver with seven.
“We limited our number of unforced errors tonight, which was nice to see,” Willard coach Ashley Bond said. “ =In Game 1, we were able to side out on the first ball every rotation and that is a huge credit to our serve receive tonight.”
Willard won the junior varsity match in two (25-19, 25-22).
