She was born December 8, 1926 in Norwalk to the late Truman Lynn Antrim and Gerda Gustava (Anderson) Antrim. She was a 1944 graduate of Norwalk High School, member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, The Ohio Genealogical Society and the VFW Post 2743 Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by her daughter, Jean E. (Robert) Spettle of Norwalk; and son, Russell H. (Helen) Edwards of Lewis Center, OH; grandchildren, Tanya Flanigan and twins, Scott Spettle and Stacey Horner, all of Norwalk, Jennifer Niese of New Washington, Joshua Edwards of Washington Court House, OH and Gregory Edwards of Toms River, NJ; and 11 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John “Jack” Thomas Edwards in 1983; brothers, Jack Antrim in 1951 and Judge Russell Antrim in 1973; and her sister, Emily Patchen in 1998.
A private service was held and burial at Woodlawn Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk.
