Nate, 19, of Wakeman passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 12th. He will be remembered by loved ones as a vibrant, spirited, life-of-the-party who lived every day as if it were his last. Nate loved baseball, and had a serious obsession with fashion. Nate LOVED LIFE and laughing. He loved his family and friends, but above all, he loved being an uncle. He and his niece Lilly were best friends.
Nate is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Drema Gillespie, and leaves behind parents Patrick and Donna Manwaring, sister Lindsey Manwaring, nieces Lilly & Aiyana, nephew Isaiah, and COUNTLESS family members and friends.
His passing leaves the world of his loved ones a little darker in his physical absence, but they rejoice in knowing that Heaven shines a little brighter today.
Hold him close Lord,
In your arms tonight.
Give him peace now,
It’s been a long, hard fight.
His soul had been so restless,
Where did that sweet boy go?
I know he was still in there,
Now only Heaven knows.
Life’s moments pass so quickly,
Seems like just yesterday.
He was a child, so innocent,
And now he’s gone away.
We may not understand right now,
But we know you have a plan.
His life still has much purpose,
Please use it if you can
Don’t let our loss here be in vain,
From sorrow, please let there be light.
If someone else is struggling,
May they seek you tonight
Lord, my words are fleeting,
So I’ll close this written prayer.
Please hang on to Nate in Heaven,
Until we see him there.
