In order for job-seekers to be dressed for success, Goodwill Industries will offer its 20-minute “Dress for Success” presentation at Entrance A of JFS from 12 to 4 p.m. March 26. All attendees will receive a voucher for free interview attire.
Also, interested job-seekers may attend interview and resume-writing workshops at Entrance A of JFS from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 4 p.m. Monday and March 20.
The hiring fair is open to the public. Interested job seekers may pre-register at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7QXK6YJ for quicker entrance or they can register at the door the day of the event.
Employers interested in having a table at the fair should pre-register at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7QXK6YJ. This event is free to all employers. The registration deadline is April 1.
During the April 3 fair, Second Harvest Food Bank, an equal opportunity provider, will offer a one-time distribution from 3 to 6 p.m. to those individuals who are income-eligible and present a photo ID.
Job-seekers who attend one of the workshops or “Dress for Success” may sign up to receive a free haircut service provided by Beauty Bazaar, 269 W. Main St., on March 27 by appointment.
